When a moticon arrives in a reality, naturally it creates a split in the timeline. This split is called a Moticonian Influence. This split reality separates it from the canonical timeline which continues as if Zyromotic never visited. A universe must always exist with no Moticonian interaction or else it would violate the M-theory "everything exists"
Usually this visit is meant as a trial/battle to test the strength of a being within that reality. If you happen to end up in the timeline split that contains Zyromotic then you'd better be prepared to fight for your life, because if you fail the trial, he will no longer need that timeline and will cut it off and delete it from existence. Though he may decide to keep it that timeline alive if it's for other reasons than just a trial.
trial: "fight to prove worthiness of fighting ability and power to a Moticon, usually winners are granted with the power of perpetuality"
I know you're probably asking, "Remember that "everything exists" thing? If it's true, wouldn't there be a moticon version of every character running around?"
Well, no because Moticons themselves do not follow the rule of everything exists. Perpetuality itself is a statistical impossibility that does not occur naturally in any universe. We know this, because if it existed then all universes would be destroyed because of its power. Seeing as the universe you're chilling in is doing pretty ok, we know that it doesn't ever manifest, it only ever has a probability to. This also proves that reality can't naturally replicate perpetuality, so any "Moticon" version that wasn't specifically created by an existing Moticon is like a cheap off brand imitation and poses no real threat to the true Moticons with real perpetuality.
If you're wondering how Moticons exist in the first place if they're not supposed to and they are "statistically impossible", it's because an early Moticon learned to manipulate the strings that dictate the probability of perpetuality existing and change it in such a way for it to come into existance. So they basically forced perpetuality to exist.
