so a moticon can wield perpetuality while in the form of a previous interpretation. They still wield their power in the same way they just look different. This form is used when they integrate themselves into the laws of physics of the universe they are in whereas their perpetual form usually referenced when they wield perpetuality is for when they are separate from the laws of physics. 

Usually this form is used when approaching the lower dimensions. Literally just human form of moticon
